Some said re-cycling of metals is an act of making earth greener. But should we do it at the expense of safety of residents or road users?

有了学车学校照理是提高人们驾车水平，但是看到的都是“无法无天”驾驶态度。学车学费马币一千多元并不能保证少车祸，效益到底在那里？闯红灯是平常事，边驾车边讲电话好像是马戏团表演。真是马路如虎口。
