Bill Paying Blue At SESCO Head Quarter Sibu

I went to SESCO near my house this morning to pay my 2 bills and water bill as well. After getting my number I wait for half an hour for my turn only to notice internet down and they could not process credit card nor water bill.

I asked the counter girl why didn’t put a notice out so that we did not have to wait for nothing there wasting our time.
I went home to pay online at HSBC website which was done in less than 10 minutes.

‘People First’ seems not practised in SESCO and I hope this can be improved to avoid wasting its customers time in waiting in the queue and end up could not proceed to make payment.
